How to Place an Order

2. Confirm your order – We’ll send you an invoice for approval.
3. Complete your payment – Pay securely using your preferred method.
4. We craft your item – Production begins once payment is confirmed.
5. We dispatch your order – Your item is shipped with a tracking number.
6.Delivery within around 3–5 days** – Your order will arrive at your doorstep (please note: （1）For bulky items, the delivery time is subject to the information provided by customer service; （2）Delays during customs clearance are normal and should be expected).
✳️Important Information – Your Right to Cancel
As each item is **made to order** specifically for you based on your artwork, design, or specifications, it is classed as a **customised product** under UK consumer law.
This means that the usual 14‑day cooling‑off period (right to cancel) **does not apply** once you have placed your order. Please check your artwork, dimensions, and specifications carefully before confirming your purchase.
If your order arrives faulty or not as agreed, your statutory rights remain unaffected – please contact us within 7 days and we will put it right.
